I had brain surgery when I was seven, and now have a scar on the back of my neck that is a great conversation piece (when I meet people who look at the back of my neck). I’m the only left-handed person in my immediate and extended family (including second and third cousins). Because of my surgery, my neck now tells the weather…. Oh, and I have a really freakish ability to guess people’s shoe size. I can’t do it under stress though, so don’t ask. |
